Booking terms for Pawfect Taxis pet transport services.

1. About us

Pawfect Taxis provides pet transport services. By requesting a quote, making a booking or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the journey details provided at the time of enquiry, including distance, time and taxi-to-pickup positioning where applicable.

Quotes may change if the journey details, addresses, timing, waiting time or requirements change.

3. Booking requests

A booking request is not confirmed until Pawfect Taxis accepts the booking. We may decline or reschedule requests based on availability, route practicality, safety or other operational reasons.

4. Payments

Where payment is required, payment terms will be shown during the booking process or agreed directly with you. Any deposit paid is subject to the cancellation terms in force at the time of booking.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about:

  • Pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Preferred booking date and time
  • Your pet’s size, breed and relevant behaviour
  • Any medical, handling or welfare needs

You are responsible for ensuring your pet is fit to travel and ready for collection at the agreed time.

6. Pet welfare and safety

Pawfect Taxis aims to transport pets safely and responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse travel where a pet may be unsafe to transport, severely distressed, aggressive, unwell without prior disclosure, or where the journey would present a welfare concern.

7. Delays and route changes

Journey times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, road closures, address access issues and other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival and completion times.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or retained deposits, where applicable, will depend on the notice given and any costs already committed.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for delays, losses or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, incorrect information provided to us, or circumstances affecting the pet that were not disclosed in advance.

10. Website information

We try to keep all website content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete or error-free.
