Purpose-Prepared Vehicles for Safe, Comfortable Companion Animal Transport
Pawfect Taxis operates dedicated vehicles designed around the welfare, safety and comfort of the companion animals travelling with us. Our Ford Tourneo Custom serves Leicester, Leicestershire, the East Midlands and journeys beyond, while our Ford Ranger serves Cornwall and Devon.
We welcome suitable companion animals and plan each journey around the individual animal, their species, size, temperament, mobility and welfare needs.
EAST MIDLANDS & BEYOND
Ford Tourneo Custom
Our Ford Tourneo Custom has been carefully adapted from a former mobility vehicle into a safe, secure and purpose-prepared pet taxi and companion animal transport vehicle.
Its spacious, flexible interior supports secure containment, practical loading and unloading and calm, welfare-focused travel for suitable companion animals.
Whether your companion animal is travelling to a veterinary appointment, groomer, boarding facility, foster placement, new home or on a longer-distance journey, the travel arrangement is planned around the individual animal.
Tourneo Vehicle Overview
The Tourneo has been renovated and repurposed into a dedicated pet taxi, pet transport and pet courier vehicle. Its layout gives us the space and flexibility to support a range of companion animal transport needs while keeping journeys organised, secure and welfare-focused.
Why the Vehicle Matters
Owners are trusting us with a much-loved companion animal. A properly prepared vehicle supports safer handling, calmer travel and practical arrangements suited to professional animal transport rather than ordinary passenger travel.
Secure Interior Setup
The interior supports secure travel areas and a structured setup that can be selected around the individual companion animal and journey.
- Dedicated companion animal transport space
- Secure travel setup for safer journeys
- Practical access for loading and unloading
- Suitable arrangements selected according to the animal
Crate & Containment Options
Secure containment can provide a defined travel space for suitable companion animals where this is appropriate for their species, size, temperament and welfare needs. We match the travel setup to the individual animal and journey.
CORNWALL & DEVON
Meet Our Ford Ranger
Our Ford Ranger is prepared specifically for the Cornwall and Devon operation, giving Pawfect Taxis flexible travel options for suitable companion animals of different sizes and needs.
FORD RANGER • CORNWALL & DEVON
Safe, Flexible Companion Animal Transport for Cornwall & Devon
Our Ford Ranger is the dedicated Pawfect Taxis vehicle for our Cornwall and Devon operation.
Its enclosed rear canopy is divided into two separate secure travel compartments. These provide defined travel spaces for suitable companion animals where the compartment size and setup are appropriate for the individual animal.
Where appropriate, a suitable companion animal may also travel inside the vehicle using the correct species-appropriate restraint or secure travel arrangement, together with suitable bedding where required. The arrangement is chosen around the individual animal, their species, size, temperament and journey.
CORNWALL & DEVON SERVICE
REAR CANOPY
Two Separate Travel Compartments
The enclosed rear canopy is split into two dedicated travel compartments, providing secure, defined spaces for suitable companion animals where the dimensions and arrangement meet their individual travel needs.
- Two separate rear travel spaces

- Defined individual travel areas
- Setup selected around species, size and welfare needs
IN-CAB TRAVEL
Alternative Travel Setup Where Appropriate
The Ranger can also provide an in-cab option where this is suitable and safe for the individual companion animal. The correct secure travel arrangement is selected according to the animal rather than assuming one setup suits every pet.
- Species-appropriate secure travel arrangements
- Suitable restraints or carriers where required
- Comfortable bedding where appropriate
- Setup chosen around the individual companion animal
WELFARE FIRST
The Right Setup for the Individual Companion Animal
There is no single travel arrangement that is right for every animal. Species, size, temperament, confidence, mobility, journey length and individual welfare needs all affect how a companion animal should be transported.
Having different secure travel options gives Pawfect Taxis greater flexibility when planning each journey around the individual animal.
