All pets are transported using appropriate restraints, harnesses or crates depending on their size, temperament and travel needs.

Our vehicle is clean, well-maintained and ventilated to provide a safe travelling environment for local and longer-distance journeys.

We regularly inspect transport equipment and internal setup to maintain high safety standards at all times.

We aim to create a calm, quiet and reassuring environment to reduce travel stress wherever possible.

Extra time is allowed for nervous, anxious or more sensitive pets so they can settle more comfortably before and during transport.

Owners are welcome to provide familiar bedding, toys or comfort items to help their pet feel more secure during the journey.

Animals are always handled gently and never rushed.

We monitor behaviour, comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey so pets remain as settled as possible.

Water breaks and rest stops are provided when needed on longer journeys, with welfare always taking priority.

The vehicle is cleaned and sanitised between journeys to maintain a safe, hygienic environment for every pet.

We maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the transport setup, including travel areas, equipment and contact surfaces.

Clean bedding and transport spaces are prepared for each journey where needed.

We understand that handing over a pet can feel emotional, especially for important appointments or longer journeys.

That is why we aim to keep owners informed and reassured throughout the process wherever possible.
